First Aid and CPR
Our First Aid course equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to respond to a variety of emergencies. Topics include wound care, burns, fractures, and other common injuries. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on practice, students will learn to provide immediate assistance and stabilize patients until professional help arrives. This course also teaches life-saving techniques for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest or respiratory failure. Students will gain practical experience in chest compressions, rescue breaths, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is ideal for healthcare professionals and anyone looking to be prepared in emergencies.
