Our First Aid and CPR course equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to respond to a variety of emergencies. Topics include wound care, burns, fractures, and other common injuries. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on practice, students will learn to provide immediate assistance and stabilize patients until professional help arrives. This course also teaches life-saving techniques for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest or respiratory failure. Students will gain practical experience in chest compressions, rescue breaths, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED).
