Criminal Background Check

TB Skin Test: Proof of a negative TB test within the last year or a negative chest x-ray.

Immunization Records: Up-to-date immunization records, including Hepatitis B, MMR, and varicella.

Valid Government Issued Photo ID and Social Security Card

Basic Literacy and Math Skills Assessment

These requirements ensure that students are prepared for both the classroom and clinical components of the CNA I training program.
