TB skin test results within the past 12 months or chest x-ray for positive TB test results.
Total course cost $1025 inclusive of books, uniform, and CPR. Fees do not include TB Test or background check.
Registration Fee - Deposit $150.00 due at registration.
Balance ($875) due 48 hrs prior to class date.
